Process information is captured according to SPEM specifications and includes roles, skills, work products (or deliverables), guidance (templates, checklist, samples, techniques, guidelines, etc.), Work breakdown elements (Activities, Iterations, Phases, etc), workflow, etc. All this information is customized for your specific requirements. The new process created is delivered in several formats including process web-site (published), printed (Word/PDF) format as well as templates for MS-Project and Microsoft's Visual Studio Team System. Our consulting service is also geared and experienced to deliver custom interface for internal and other third-party tools used in your organization.
