Description

This session is specifically designed for SEPG or SPI groups, charged with developing and maintaining processes for an organization's CMMI/CMM initiatives. The standard processes are established and improved over time to ensure consistency across the organization. This webinar showcases how these set of standard processes can be tailored, adhering to specific guidelines. This session will introduce SPEM (Software Process Engineering Metamodel) from OMG (Object Management Group) as a standard-based process metamodel, which facilitates the abstraction and reuse of process assets. IRIS Process Author, based on SPEM, will be used to showcase process tailoring and publishing.

Required Background Knowledge

Basic knowledge of Process elements (Work Products, WBS, SDLC, Activities, Roles etc.)
Basic Knowledge of SDLC and related methodologies.
