Delivering high-quality process services requires good infrastructure to deliver and support our services. We have ensured that services are delivered in a consistent manner with the highest quality of deliverables. Right from pre-sales where our staff conducts initial scoping to service delivery, all aspects of this delivery is ‘productized’ for repeatability and scalability while ensuring quality and value to our customers. We maintain and use a comprehensive set of service delivery guides which include templates for conducting discovery interviews and capturing of raw process data. Our teams of consultants also develop and maintain domain-specific interview guides used for capturing process information in a logical and structured manner. The process of capturing raw process data and converting it to professional and highly usable process documentation in standard (SPEM) format as well as related analysis of the process is streamlined with the assistance of the tools, templates and best practices that exists within the Professional Services team.
