This service includes detailed discovery of your existing end-to-end software development processes across multiple disciplines - from requirements development to deployment. This multi-dimensional process discovery covers several domains (See 'Process Approach - Deep and Wide') and covers a full documentation of your existing processes. This discovery involves identification of opportunities for improvement through a systematic diagnostic review of current processes to determine whether they add value and contribute to organizational goals. Your existing processes are captured using SPEM-based structure from OMG. Besides meeting with the managers and specialized practitioners across all key all disciplines, Process Discovery requires several sessions with your project and process teams. Discovery consultants capture this process information using specialized discovery templates where all process information ('recorded' or 'raw' process) is recorded. This service is typically not delivered as a standalone service, it is usually delivered in conjunction with other services such as Process Development Service or Process Assessment Service.
