Process Assessment service includes detailed analysis of your existing processes in light of pre-scoped process requirements. This supports decision-making processes by presenting alternate paths to optimization through a gap analysis and assessment of areas for short-term and long-term redesign and improvement. Our teams of senior consultants and, in some cases, our Partner Consultants review the existing processes and perform detailed gap analysis to identify areas of improvements and provide actionable recommendations. Deficiencies in the processes are identified and ranked based on process requirements and cost-value equation. These deliverables give management a snapshot of areas that need to be strengthened by comparing to industry best-practices and frameworks for gauging the potential for process improvement. Although the Process Assessment service relies heavily on the output from the Process Discovery service, it may require few additional interactions with the project and process teams.
