Each process is documented with sufficient details for the implementation team to follow the prescribed guidelines in an easy-to-understand step-by-step manner. This documentation includes specific roles and required skills, guidance, templates, etc which also forms the basis for defining jobs, staffing levels, skill gap analysis, training, and recruitment plans. We provided user guides and detailed process documentation to train the staff often as pilot projects. The full deployment is successful due to the careful planning, design and development. Process Implementation does not require the use of any specific tool such as IRIS Process Live but can be tailored to fit the automation environment in your organization.
