In its most generic form, the Process Enhancement service entails development of specific remedies to each process improvement area identified in the Process Assessment Service. In addition to the new process, the Process Development Service also includes the creation of a customized and detailed plan for the implementation of each remedial solution. In certain cases, contents of commercial methodologies and/or industry best practices are integrated in the enhanced processes.
