Description
Many organizations are looking to the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as a means to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations by shortening resolution time, increasing management control and assisting IT organizations to deliver more reliable and improved IT services. As with the adoption of any standard practice, the question then arises as to how one can integrate and tailor ITIL with existing practices and other related processes. The next challenge most organizations face is in effective deployment of the tailored ITIL processes. If your organization is implementing ITIL, MOF or COBIT, or if you are simply working towards the goal of IT operational and process excellence, this session is for you.
This webinar will be jointly presented by David Pultorak and Sammy Wahab. David Pultorak, a leading expert, contributor to and practitioner of IT management frameworks will provide an overview of ITIL and COBIT and identify the key factors for a successful implementation of ITIL with focus on tailoring and automation of ITIL processes. Sammy Wahab, a process automation expert, will then illustrate how ITIL processes can be tailored, integrated and automated using IRIS Process Automation Suite. Sammy will also demonstrate how you can reduce effort and timeline required to implement ITIL processes while demonstrating compliancy at all times.
