Omid Hodaie - Chief Executive Officer

Omid Hodaie is an exceptional leader with over 17 years experience in the technology field. Prior to joining Osellus Inc., he was most recently Canadian Executive Vice President at Sun Microsystems. He was the former president and CEO of ISOPIA, the eLearning software company that catapulted to an industry leading position and was acquired by Sun in 2001. Omid has also held senior management positions with Bell Nexxia and Bell Canada. He holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University.

Aditya Jha - Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Aditya has more than 20 years of experience in North America and International markets. He held senior management positions in Sun Microsystems Canada, ISOPIA, and Bell Canada. He worked as GM, eBusiness and previously as GM, Marketing at Bell Nexxia. He was one of the founders and VP of Marketing & Sales at Isopia. Before founding Osellus, he was Canadian Director at Sun Microsystems and responsible for product marketing of eLearning products.

Payman Hodaie - Chief Technology Officer

Payman Hodaie is responsible for the overall technology direction of Osellus and serves as the chief software architect for company's IRIS platform.

Payman has an extensive and proven experience in technology research and development. He was the Canadian Vice President of Sun Microsystems for two years. Prior to that, Payman was the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of ISOPIA Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-class J2EE software applications. Payman has also served in a number of software research capacities at General Motors and IBM Labs. He earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics, both from McMaster University. Payman has published a number of papers on emerging distributed software architectures.

Negin Hodaie - Director, Software Development

Negin has more than 14 years of experience in North America markets. Before joining Osellus, she was a Program Manager in Sun Microsystems and Isopia Inc. leading multi-million dollar mission critical projects. Previous to that, she worked for IBM Canada for over 11 years as project manager responsible for international projects.

Chandra Bhople - Director, Business Development

Chandra has 20 years of U.S. and international experience in sales, business development, and marketing for software, hardware and services companies in financial, telecommunications, government, manufacturing and education sectors. He has held executive and management positions at Formulasys, TechSpan (now Headstrong), Sun Microsystems, SysScan Asia, and Digital Equipment. Chandra earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and MBA with distinction from BITS Pilani, India.
