We are looking for a focused and self motivated individual to join the sales team selling software development outsourcing and consulting.

In this role, some of your responsibilities would include the following:

  • Contribute to achievement of Osellus software development outsourcing and software development consulting objectives in Canada by achieving or exceeding your individual revenue objectives.
  • Effectively prospect, identify and close new software development outsourcing opportunities.  Price and package solution proposal, business benefits and price quotations. Negotiate software development agreements.
  • Demonstrate consistent prospecting by achieving quarterly targets.Build customer relationships with IT decision makers, project managers and implementation teams.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction objectives in your territory. Build strong and effective teamwork with all your Osellus support team members. 
  • Effectively utilize sales tools and marketing activities, relationship based and solution selling techniques to meet your revenue objectives.

Your Opportunity

  • This is a permanent, full time role with Osellus Inc. in Canada. Successful candidates will be eligible for the Osellus benefits package, vacation, statutory holiday pay in accordance with government employment standards legislation and Osellus policy.

Compensation

  • 50% of your full compensation is expected to come from sales commissions.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling
  • Solid sales track record, meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong knowledge of software development industry, selling strategies and competitors
  • Understand solution selling sales skills
  • Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in information technology or software development industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation Skills
