Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Information gathering, analysis and eliciting the details of user requirements in discussion with users
• Document findings and present proposed solutions to clients
• Prepare detailed specifications from which solutions will be designed, coded, and tested
• Create and maintain project documentation including functional specifications, technical specifications, use cases, user documentation and user training documentation
• Formulate test plans and coordinate testing; may perform testing
• Plan and coordinate user demos, user acceptance testing and product rollout
• Provide application level user support, end-user documentation, training materials that clearly and accurately reflect each systems functionality

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong analytical skills (impact analysis, gap analysis, workflows)
• Ability to define a problem, look at it from different perspectives, and consider alternative solutions before formulating a plan to resolve it
• Ability to convey and describe complex ideas or situations
• Ability to ask probing questions to get at the root of a situation/problem or to identify potential opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
• Ability to clarify complex concepts/proposals in terms that are appropriate to the audience
• Ability to consistently show initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems and ensure that high-quality work is produced
• Working knowledge of UML
• Demonstrated proficiency in Use Case Analysis and Design
• Familiar with software development processes and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in System Analysis
